Logo: Etnia Fusion
This is a logo created for Etnia Fusion, by Nefertiti Freytes. Etnia Fusion means to combine different ethnicities and Nefertiti’s business does just that. The main challenge with this logo was for it to fit in with the many aspects of this business and make sure it didn’t get overwhelming.
Web Site: Sally Townes
Sally Townes needed a web site to showcase her music and to deliver some background information about the singer, songwriter, and musician. This web site includes Flash music players and a Flash photo gallery. A WordPress blog is also implemented on the homepage for Sally to easily update her fans on her current events.
Brochure: Universe Cafe and Taverna Yiamas
The owners of Universe Cafe & Taverna Yiamas wanted one brochure to showcase both of their restaurants. The challenge was to make it obvious that it was two separate restaurants, but still make it work in one brochure. The problem was solved by using similar elements in different styles. The brochure also included a custom map and coupons.
Logo: Solid State Construction
This is a logo created for Solid State Construction. The client wanted convey building and construction of homes and parts of homes without using the typical designs of a house or tools. The logo consists of various blocks that work together to build the image. It symbolizes building and construction of a whole from various pieces. It also resembles floor tile, a specialty of the business. The logo works perfectly in black & white, greyscale, and full color. It was delivered in full vector format and as a jpeg for the web and a tif for print work.
Web Site: Sam the Artist
This is a web site that displays the artwork of Samantha Maresca. It was created completely in Flash using ActionScript 2.0. Sam’s artwork and photos were modified in Photoshop to create the overall site design.
Campaign: BowWoween Fur Ball
The BowWoween Fur Ball was going to be a charitable event to help displaced hurricane pets that ironically couldn’t take place due to a hurricane. I created various pieces for this event including the logo, a direct mail card, and a large banner. The logo was completed in Adobe Illustrator. The direct mail card and banner both had elements created and modified in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The card was produced in QuarkXPress and the banner in Adobe Illustrator.
